Roll Cake

Lately i've been busy to make roll cake (of course i modified with my version). This roll cake inspired from Junko. And after this Easter will come, so my next project is to make chocolate eggs with the surprised inside the eggs :) I just bough the stamp to form the eggs last week and still don't try how to work on it.

I have friend that she took a course to handle choccolate her name Sabrina and she gave me some advice and everything to temper the choccolate and how to work with it.
Maybe this week i will make my choccolate since lately i have another work to do in the daily :p

Ultimamente ho provato fare 'Roll Cake' (ho modificato nel mio versione). Questa torta l'ha inspirata da Junko. E fra poco arriverà la pasqua, allora il mio prossimo progetto sarà uovo cioccolato con la sorpressa dentro :) Ho appena comprato lo stampo per farlo settimana scorsa e non ancora ho provato.
Ho la amica che ha gia fatto il corso di cioccolato il suo nome Sabrina e lei mi ha datto la consiglia come temperare il cioccolato e com'è lavorarlo.
Magari questa settimana provo di farlo perchè ultimamente sono impegnata con il mio lavoro :p
