Finally i made my easter eggs with surprise :) Not forget also cupcake and cake with Easter Theme :)
I called my easter cake : Baby Bunny Egg Hunt On The Easter Basket ...it's inspired from my son costume. Happy Easter!!

Finalmente ho gia fatto l'uova di cioccolatto con la sorpressa :) Non dimenticare anche cupcake e la torta con la tema Pasqua :) L'ho chiamata : Bebè Bunny Sul Cesto Di Pasqua...l'ha inspirata dal costume di mio bimbo. Buona Pasqua!!

Roll Cake

Lately i've been busy to make roll cake (of course i modified with my version). This roll cake inspired from Junko. And after this Easter will come, so my next project is to make chocolate eggs with the surprised inside the eggs :) I just bough the stamp to form the eggs last week and still don't try how to work on it.

I have friend that she took a course to handle choccolate her name Sabrina and she gave me some advice and everything to temper the choccolate and how to work with it.
Maybe this week i will make my choccolate since lately i have another work to do in the daily :p

Ultimamente ho provato fare 'Roll Cake' (ho modificato nel mio versione). Questa torta l'ha inspirata da Junko. E fra poco arriverà la pasqua, allora il mio prossimo progetto sarà uovo cioccolato con la sorpressa dentro :) Ho appena comprato lo stampo per farlo settimana scorsa e non ancora ho provato.
Ho la amica che ha gia fatto il corso di cioccolato il suo nome Sabrina e lei mi ha datto la consiglia come temperare il cioccolato e com'è lavorarlo.
Magari questa settimana provo di farlo perchè ultimamente sono impegnata con il mio lavoro :p

San Valentino

Questi ultimi dolci che ho fatto per San Valentino. Tra questi dolci, una torta ha presso inspirazione dal una novelist fantasia Indonesiana si chiama Shienny Megawati Sutanto...lei ò molto famosa per i libri con i titoli TherMelian...potete cercare tutti informazioni di questi libri qui: http://www.facebook.com/TherMelian però in Indonesiana. Ho messo questa torta nel concorso che ha fatto lei, e ho vinto :D ho vinto il suo nuovo libro....lo so lo so...che sono qui in Italia....allora deve mandare nel mio indirizzo in Indonesia..sono molto contenta...E altri dolci ho messo nel concorso my cake design :) Non ho vinto però sono molto sodissfatta...e anche mio marito è contento di mangiare i dolci che ho fatto hihihi...

They are my last cake and sweets that i made for Valentine Day. Ciao a tutti! Finalmente ho creato il mio blog..è stato abbastanza semplice anche se, a dire il vero, devo ancora imparare ad usarlo bene:) comunque ho fatto il mio meglio e spero vi piaccia!
